Identify the tree and give a rough size. Something to measure it against helps more than a number — level with the gutter, double the height of the garage.
Which side of Mount Pleasant Road. Flat sand or valley grade changes the method more than anything else you can tell us.
What is underneath it. Roof, driveway, service drop, fence, road, trail, or open lawn.
Describe what is wrong however you like: a limb with nothing on it in August, a tilt that was not there at Easter, a fork gone open, a crown you can see the sky through, or a stump left by the last outfit.
Access. How wide the gate opening is, what crosses overhead at the entrance, and whether there is turning room for a truck.
